Take a photograph of yours (or one you find on Flickr) and experiment with it. Using the Layers function in Photoshop, change the photograph in an interesting way. Be creative.
If you’d like some inspiration consider the images on this blog: http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/amazing-photoshop-skills-27-images-1-video/
Reminder: Be sure to save a copy of your original photograph (saved under a different name), so we can see the changes you’ve made.
When you are comfortable with a particular tool or editing effect, create a tutorial which you will present/teach to the rest of the group next lesson.

Photography is about being able to capture something you want to see or already see and being able to communicate this vision with others. As we progress and evolve as photographers we need to be able to document our journey and share the art we create. By using a blog we are not only able to show the images and videos we are working on but we are able to reflect and evaluate our work and the work of others.
